Because each piece is custom-produced, we do not operate like mass retailers with blanket return policies. However, we stand firmly behind our products.

Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will replace or refund an item if:

The product arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing defect

The wrong item or size was sent

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, supported by clear photos.
